Community Works is looking for a caring, organised and motivated Carers & Older People’s Services Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of our Carers & Older People’s Services (COPS), including:
🧡 Dementia Day Services (Past Times)
🍽 Meals on Wheels
🚗 Community Transport
🤝 Volunteer support and service administration
Working closely with the Head of Carers & Older People’s Services, you will help ensure services run safely, smoothly and in a person-centred way, supporting older people, carers, volunteers and the wider Community Works team.
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, support people to remain independent and connected, and be part of a charity that makes a real difference every day.
