The Catalyst Project is a service that provides tailored support for
women across Hambleton and Richmondshire.
Currently we provide:
Mentoring – 12 face to face, one to one Listening Sessions with a Volunteer Mentor. This is a space to access emotional support and a listening ear.
Coaching– 6 one to one Coaching Sessions with our Head of Women’s Work. These are a set of focused sessions to help work towards a specific goal.
Drop-in sessions– meeting weekly in Thirsk and Richmond- this is a space for anyone to come, meet the team, meet other women and have a cup of tea and chat!

Running in Richmond on a Tuesday 10-11.30 at Richmond Methodist Church

- Weekly space for women in the Richmond and Thirsk areas to meet and learn a toolkit of skills for building a more confident and resilient mindset
- Interactive group setting for women who are interested in discussing and putting into practice ways to manage their mental and emotional health
- Free to attend
